How To Submit Application Online

1. Submit online application at LEAD Prep Academy

2. Submit the following required application documents:

   • Copy of official high school or college transcripts

   • Copy of student’s passport photo page

   • Copy of student’s visa

   • Copy of student’s or student’s parents’ bank statements to prove that enough funding is available for the student’s one-year study at Madonna University.  The minimum balance these bank statements need to show will depend on the tuition and room and board rate in Year 2023-2024.
