Brighton, MI – November 25, 2024 – LEAD Prep Academy has appointed Bryan Ault as the new
Director of Player Personnel.
Ault brings 15 years of experience in college recruiting, personnel, and scouting, with previous roles
at Catapult, Prep Red Zone, National Preps, Ball State University, Franklin College, and the Hula
Bowl.
“We targeted Bryan for this role,” said Louis Adams, GM of LEAD Prep Academy. “He is a relentless

“I am excited to join this staff,” said Ault. “They operate at a high level and are committed to creating
value for the student-athletes. I am excited to do my part.”
Interim Head Coach Denard Robinson added, “Everything we do is for the student-athletes. We are working hard to constantly elevate the program, and this hire is another exciting step.”
